CONSULTING
We conduct a thorough consulting process with the client to understand what they expect from their new residence. By listening carefully to their needs and desires, and responding to them based on our design philosophy, we are able to achieve symbiosis between the two sides. Then we can begin fostering a collaborative relationship.
CONCEPT PLANNING
Based on the consulting process, we examine the site to work out a basic plan and create images of the spaces that will be built here, while considering the relationship of the building to the environment.
We “read” the client’s life up to the present moment, to create a new chapter for the new house.
BASIC DESIGN
We consider possibilities for the proportion and balance of the house by creating mock-ups and other materials. At this stage, we also select the finishing materials and specifications so we can begin the drawings.
DETAILED DESIGN
We examine the structure, equipment, and installation and draw detailed plans. Based on these, we obtain estimates from builders. After the construction fee has been decided, we begin the necessary legal procedures for construction, including the application for a building permit.
SUPERVISION
We supervise construction and oversee the execution of the drawings.
INTERIOR INTEGRATION
From the basic planning stages, we carefully consider the arrangement and selection of furniture and artwork in order to create integrated, well-balanced, comfortable spaces. By also choosing or designing the furnishings and other interior details before the design completion, a unified whole is guaranteed.
HANDING OVER THE HOME
We support the client as their exciting new chapter begins, when we officially hand over the completed home.
AFTER CARE
We respond to requests from the client even after the handover,
and also perform follow-up maintenance work.
